Kindled · A ministry of Great Faith
Kindled is a quiet place for a husband and wife to grow closer. Each day brings one question for the two of you. Answer on your own, then share it, keep it private, or skip it.
Free · No ads · For married couples, 18 and over
Some are playful, some are about faith, some are about your heart, and some are about intimacy.
Shared answers appear once you've both answered. What you skip or keep private looks exactly like "not yet" to your spouse.
Before you respond to something your spouse shared, Kindled asks you to say what you heard them say. Understanding comes first.
Answer
Answer on your own, then choose: share it with your spouse, keep it private, or skip it. No reason needed. A sentence or two is plenty.
Understand
When your spouse shares something, Kindled asks you to say back what you heard, in your own words. No fixing, no defending. Just show you understood.
Then reply if you want to, or name one small change you'll try this week.
Invite
Invite your spouse to a walk, a conversation, cuddling or intimacy. They can say yes, suggest another time, or say "not now" with a warm word.
Saying yes is to that invitation only. It never commits anyone to anything more.
Us
Once a week, three questions: what connected us, what was hard, and one small change to try.
Your intimacy profile covers what helps you feel connected, what dampens desire, and how you like to be invited. Share what you want and keep the rest to yourself.
Learn
Six short reads on desire, pressure, invitations and repair, from a Christian perspective.
And when you need more than an app: where to find a Christian counselor, when to see a doctor, and who to call if you're not safe.
Private
Lock Kindled with Face ID, and it always hides itself in the app switcher. Notifications only ever say "You have something new in Kindled."
Your answers are encrypted, never shared with advertisers, and never seen by our staff.
Kindled works with two of you: one of you downloads it, then invites your spouse from the app.
Kindled is for married couples, 18 and over. It is not a substitute for counseling or medical care.
